Logan County Agricultural Land Values To Increase 2.38%

The Logan County Commissioners approved an increase for county agricultural values for 2018 during the County Board of Equalization meeting last Wednesday, June 6. All commissioners were present including Chairman Dean Entzminger, Blanche Schumacher and John Wald.

No one attended the meeting in opposition of the equalization meeting. Tax Director, Trisha Laine reported the 2018 ag value will be at $425.33/acre, compared to $415.44/acre in 2018. She said the increase falls within the 95% state ratio and it has increase approx. 2.38%.
